We smoke our barbecue the old school way with plenty of oak wood and time, adding the right amount of salt and spice to let that lovely marriage of process and product evolve into something transcendent.
Our barbeque is served market-style alongside a full bar & a Jones Soda/Cheerwine fountain.

We are fortunate to have partnered with some amazing local farms to bring you the best product you can find anywhere. Our partners include Spence Farms and Kilgus Farmstead of Fairbury, Illinois, and many other local providers and producers.
